Modern. Elegant. Purposeful.

I’m Alicja, a London-based interior and architectural photographer working with interior designers, architects, developers and design-led businesses across the UK and Europe.

My work is built around one simple question:

What does this image need to show for the right client to understand the value of the project?

Sometimes that means the scale of a room. Sometimes it is the quality of the finish, the light, the material choices, the joinery, or the small details that prove how much care has gone into the work.

Good interior photography is not just about making a space look beautiful. It is about helping the right people see the level of the work clearly.

Background

Originally from Poland, I moved to London in 2004. Photography began as a personal passion and became a profession shaped by years of assisting photographers across different areas, from portraits and documentary work to architecture and commercial projects.

I am also certified in home staging, which directly supports the way I approach interior shoots. I understand how a space needs to be prepared, adjusted and read on camera before the first image is made.

Before becoming a photographer, I worked as a General Manager in hospitality, having moved through every stage of the industry before leading teams and managing busy, client-facing environments.

That experience still shapes how I work today. I bring calm organisation, clear communication and quick problem-solving to every shoot — especially when there are homeowners, designers, trades or tight timelines involved.

Clients often come for the images, but they remember the way the whole project was handled.

How I work

Every shoot starts with understanding how the images will be used.

A portfolio update needs a different approach from a press submission. A property development needs different coverage from a design studio case study. A product-led project needs detail, context and craftsmanship shown clearly.

That planning shapes the shot list, styling guidance, timings, image selection and final delivery.

The aim is simple: to create a strong visual asset bank that helps your completed work keep working for your business long after the shoot is finished.

For design-led businesses

I work best with clients who care deeply about how their work is presented.

Interior designers, architects, developers and makers usually come to me when a project is finished, when the website needs stronger images, when the portfolio needs updating, or when the brand is ready to be seen at a higher level.

The shoot is never just about filling a gallery. It is about creating images that support your positioning, your enquiries, your proposals and the way future clients understand your work.

If you have a completed project that needs to be photographed properly

Tell me about the space, the deadline and how you plan to use the images.
